In short: reiterate lots of previous comments about the race. my own personal gripe was that my dog wasnt allowed this year although nobody said anything last year when he did it. luckily a friend of mine was there and kindly volunteered to look after him.

In short: the best road running experience you can have with your clothes on. ups and downs through beautiful scenery and trecherous weather and a great mile off road at the end to top it all.
