In short: Terrible organisation. No one seemed to know where the start line or finish line was, or even what the proper course was!
In full: Almost all (if not all) the runners went the wrong way at at least two points, due to lack of marshalls and markers. 1.5 miles ish on road in off road shoes is not nice!

Some of the winners had to be disqualified for taking wrong turns. It all left a bit of a sour taste in people's mouths.

In short: My second year at this one. The best value for money race around, very beginner friendly. One not to be missed.
In full: Although it's a flat course it's not really a PB course due to quite a few tight turns.

The organisers have a good attitude to us slow ones....ie no-one starts packing up until the last one is in, no matter what their time.

The race pack and goody bag are exceptional especially as the entry fee is only £10. Last year it was a medal and mug, this year a medal and T-shirt.

In short: Very well organised. A nice day out for the whole family.
In full: I was impressed with how much there was to do for spectators and kids. Very well organised, very scenic course, plenty of water before during and after the event. The only down-side was that it didn't really cater for slower runners. I went through the first mile in 9½ minutes and that put me right at the back!

In short: Tough but fantastic
In full: Really enjoyed this one although the hills were very hard on the legs (note to self-do hill training before entering a race described as undulating/hilly!!) The atmosphere was great, everyone was really friendly and encouraging including the odd passer by!! I'll definitely be back next year
