In short: Well worth 130 mile round trip
In full: Excellent family morning out, good supporting fun run .
A tougher course than anticipated although still manged to knock 50 seconds of PB for distance.Would have carried water or sports drink if I had known that they were using plastic cups, I don't like to stop to drink but it's safer than choking. Availability of sponges would have been a helpful addition especially at this time of year. It might be good to get a sports drink supplier on the sponsor list as some other events have for next year.
Will definitely be back next year, in all good value & an "interesting" course.

In short: Really enjoyed my second time, new PB but really disappointed not to break 2 hours, I'll be back next year fitter & faster. Just looking to see what I can make next, looks like Humber Half due to work commitments, see you there.
