In full: Thanks to the marshalls who were really cheerful and supportive. Find this route extremely tough on the joints. Nice Race HQ -

In short: outstanding race A MUST do for all ultra trail runners
In full: outstanding organisation from a truly friendly and organised team Thanks Darios you sure do know how to put on an event hope to see you next year.

One very very tough course but with achievable cut off times most people would be able to take on and complete this outstanding course with a real sting in the tail.

Fantastic goody bag with technical t shirt, buff and sunscreen/lip salve thingy and an absolutely beautifull goblet if you complete the course within the 18 hours

In short: Tough wet and very long
In full: Take this on without a full recce of the route at your peril. Take this on without a complete support crew at your peril. Take this on without a huge desire to finish and you will fail. Not the best organised event I have ever done but certainly the toughest. My running buddy and i did just manage to finish in joint 81st place. Officailly the last finishers but we made it!
