In short: whoever decided to say this flat was having a laugh!!!
In full: I thought I would enter this race as Im down on holiday and I love flat races... I was hoping for a pb but was 10 mins slower due to the fact that people were walking up the many steps and it had a bottleneck affect...also I found it very hilly, price was not too bad and the marshalls were excellent. But I wont be doing this again.

In short: Great 10km run
In full: This was my first Lethbridge 10km, and next year im gonna get right to the front as I did a really good time but due to the fact of being stuck at the back I didnt do a PB. If Im to be critical then why oh why do they nt have small t-shirts??? How many runners are small??? even the men are small so please have small next year I am so sick of wearing my tshirts as nighties..
Overall though great run....

In short: An excellent goody bag!!!
In full: This course is a good pb potential however due to the strong winds and rain today i doubt anyone would get a pb!!! I did it last year and this time it was a lot better organised, calling out the names at the finish was really nice too, excellent tshirt and goody bag, will def do it again, hopefully better weather then!!!!

In short: This event is the worst sign posted event ive ever been to.
In full: decided to put in the postcode in the auto route on the internet, only to discover the postcode of the run was wrong and was the address of the organiser!!!! so rang my partner who was giving me directions over phone. There were no signs for the race at all, even the locals didnt know it was going on!! The only poster or sign for the race was on the hill about 20 metres from the start. I eventually found the place 10 mins too late and watched the runners going past me, I was so frustrated, and will not be entering this race in the future!! If that was what the pre organisation was like then, it makes me wonder how the rest of it went!

In short: Quite alot of hills, but plenty of water stations and friendly marshalls, it was a bit annoying coming back the way you ran the first time though!!!
In full: Medal was disappointing also looked cheap and didnt have date or location on the back!! Wide range of abilities though and a good cheer at the end.. I would recommend this but not really a pb race as too many hills.

In short: It started with a hill which was not a good sign and a lot of people had to walk it but after that it was good scenery, a little muddy at times, but the hill at the end seemed to go on forever, and a with a wind going against you was very tricky.
