In short: Fun for the first timer!!!
In full: Read the reviews for last years event and wondered " what am I getting Into to", in short I need not have worried. As this was my first marathon I had no idea of what to expectations and totally enjoyed the whole experience. I would recomend this race to any first timer due to the flatish course and the amount of support available. The only negative point is that it does get lonely on the the sea wall when the body begins to scream stop!!! and there is very little if no support on the second lap. Will go back next year and try and improve on 4:18.
