In short: The sun shone on Watford again this year to make another excellent race
In full: In spite of the challenging course, the perfect crisp winter morning and the lovely scenery helped me smash my PB by 6 minutes. Needless to say, I love this race!

In short: A perfect race other than my race strategy
In full: The organisation and the marshalls were first class, as were the leagues fo smiling supporters throwing engouragement our way.

In short: Too hot for me!
In full: I was 29 minutes outside my PB set in March on a more challenging course and was 15 minutes slower than my slowest training run! Other than the heat, very good although it shouldn't take 30+ minutes to leave the car park.

In short: Really nice race
In full: A good, challenging course that isn't tooooo challenging! Really well organised other than the weather.

In short: I felt as though I was scoring for England at Wembley - the crowds were amazing
In full: My first FLM and certainly not the last. Brilliant in every respect. One minor gripe is that it is sooo crowded in all but the really wide roads, which makes getting water etc. a challenge. The atmosphere more than makes up for any gripes though. Wonderful!

In short: Great race, friendly marshalls and crowd, unfriendly hills
In full: Really enjoyable course, great atmosphere, well marshalled, hills a challenge but made it interesting. One gripe - I saw a moan about the 20 minute queue for the ladies toilets - well, it was the same for the men!

In short: Great course but needs better distance markers!
In full: Firstly, its a 10K race not a 6.2 mile race, so km markers please. Secondly, make them more obvious - it seems everyone else missed the 4 mile marker too.
