In short: I have a new favourite race.
In full: Absolutely brilliant. This was just over 9 miles, frigging great laugh. Got absolutely soaked, covered in mud, laughed my ass off and had a brilliant time. If you take your running really seriously, don't bother with this unless you're willing to have a laugh - it's a fantastic event though!

In short: Brilliantly organised, tough race.
In full: Can't fault the organisation. Well marked route, great atmosphere and top banana medal at the end. Well done ULTRArace, you know how to put a race on!

In short: A great event for my first ultra
In full: Really impressed with this event. I wanted to do over marathon distance for the first time & I managed to do 30.5 miles. Pulled out at one of the checkpoints as instructed and was able to enjoy the vast array of food and drink on offer. This is a really special race, and from what I hear, the last 20 miles are the best part of the race so I'll test that theory next year. :-)

In short: Flat/undulating? YEAH RIGHT!!
In full: Blimey, tough course. And I live in Sheffield!!!! Few problems with the toilets at the start and the mile markers weren't very accurate but they were minor things. Superb marshalling, interesting course and really impressed with the little rucksack instead of a cack t-shirt like I usually get! I managed a PB but only cos I've never done a flat 10 miler and I'm in good shape. :-)

In short: Tough run but good fun!
In full: I did this 2 years ago and it seemed there were more marshalls this year - a pretty tough course but brilliant value and an unusual distance. I had 5 cakes after - don't tell Les.

In short: I have a new favourite race!
In full: Brilliant, absolutely loved it even though my legs were heavy from FLM 20 days ago. Well oranised and HOT showers! Brilliant. Oh, and bacon butties after. What more could you want??

In short: Flat/undulating? Not sure about that but a great race.
In full: Really enjoyed - only problem seemed to be at waterstation where there were 2 people giving out drinks - they looked a bit out of their depth. Good event though, would do again.

In short: Superb organisation, great route, wicked hoody!
In full: This is probably the best race I've done, just pipping Worksop Half. Am so impressed with the organisation and my wife is so happy I'm not wearing a crap t-shirt like I usually do after a race :-) The hoody is fantastic. I think I'll aim to come back next year.

In short: Lovely course, Well organised.
In full: I had a frigging stinker but once I realised that I was struggling (at 2 miles!!) I decided to just get round. One or two problems with the first drinks station but apart from that really good. Will come back next year and knock 15 minutes off this years time!!

In short: Brilliant.
In full: Did this last year and realised that I could get a good time. Did this last minute as a mate couldn't make it. Absolutely brilliant. The marshalling and organisation were superb again, there was a great t-shirt, and to top it off I kicked the knackers off my PB!! Those hilly club runs have made me a hell of a lot stronger and faster. :0)
