In short: Excellent race, well organised and I enjoyed the stadium finish.
In full: I really enjoy this course,as it weaves its way through Norfolks country lanes its not as flat as you'd expect but very scenic. The wind blew quite hard in our faces for the last 3 miles home which made the finish tough. For completing a half marathon I think a medal is more appropriate than a t-shirt but I do think GYRR organised everything very well!!

In short: Wow! very hot. This race seems to grow year on year its become a big favourite on the Norfolk fixture list.lk
In full: This race has become popular I think because the course is scenic and challenging with a few hills. The organisation is very good and they seem to create a good atmosphere before and after the race.I like the commemorative glass, after competing the last 3 years I'm building a collection.

In short: A well organised race on a relatively flat course. Facilities for parking and changing were very good and the coffee and cakes afterwards were great. Thanks to Dereham Runners for an enjoyable morning.

In short: Wet, Windy but Fun!
In full: Wow what a day!!Conditions were challenging very wet and very windy but the marshalls and organisers were great and kept our spirits up.Special thanks to the guys who pushed our car and many others off the car park at the end.The course is quite up and down for Norfolk and would be scenic on a better day.Nice memento in the goody bag. I'll be back for the 10k.

In full: This was my second time at this event and I have to say, once again I really enjoyed it.The course is scenic, challenging and I like the stadium finish. GYRR organise things very well, the marshalls were friendly and there was plenty of water and sponges on a very hot day.I look forward to returning again.

In short: Fast course(although I wasn't), good organisation, shame about the rain!!
In full: I really enjoyed the race, there was a good atmosphere amongst competitors, spectators and marshalls alike despite the persistant rain. Its a good flat fast course with definate PB potential and I like the town square start and finish.
Thankyou GYRR!!!!

In short: Challenging course but really scenic, friendly and encouraging marshalls, overall apart from the wind it was good fun. Thanks GYRR !!
In full: I really enjoyed the race and I thought the course was very scenic and had a good mix of challenging hills and steady flat areas.Extra water stations on a warm day like today were very welcome.I liked the stadium finish on the pitch, many thanks to GYRR for a good race!! I have two minor criticisms the first was the absence of secure storage for our bags and second for a half marathon I would have much prefered a medal of some kind rather than a t-shirt ,though Neither of these problems spoiled a good morning.

In short: Well organised, good course, great support, Very wet!!, PB, overall I 'd recommend this event to runners of all abilities.
In full: Never mind the weather, this race was well organised, good fun and the support around the course although drenched was enthusiastic. The race numbers slowly disintegrated when they got wet so perhaps need re-thinking for next year.Well done to CONAC and Larking & Gowen for the large increase in entries this year.
