In short: Definitie PB potential despite the undulations
In full: Great race, beautiful scenery, friendly and supportive marshals (thank you). I got a PB even though there were more hills than I remembered - I think the downs more than compensate for the ups. Unlike the other reviewers I would much prefer a medal than a bright yellow cotton t-shirt ... but that was my only disappointment

In short: Muddy fun!
In full: Very muddy in places this year, but this is a great little race. Mainly flat along a disused railway and by a river, with a few stiles thrown in for fun. Low key and welcoming, great marshalling (thank you), hot showers available after to get rid of the mud, and then a cuppa - what could be better?

In short: PBs galore :o)
In full: Well organised race, great marshalling and support. A treat to run on a track for the first time and surprised to get a technical t-shirt at the end - bonus! All-in-all a great race, thank you!

In short: Pretty route, great marshalls, but those stiles!
In full: The route has changed since I did this two years ago. Still a pretty route along te od railway and the river, but extra stiles, it was 9 or 10, I lost count. I really enjoyed it, great to get tea and a shower afterwards and thank for all the "well dones" from the marshalls

In short: Tough and hilly but well worth the effort for the great scenery
In full: For me the steep hills were not runnable but there were others walking too and it was very friendly. Thank you to all the marshalls and those who gave up their time and were so supportive. My only minor criticism was we could have done with a few more arrows - one on the slope down to the finish would have been good, when there wsn't one I wondered whether we had to go down a different way. Overall great preparation for Beachy.
