In short: Fab race for fab guys
In full: This was an absolutely great race. The almost three lap course is largely flat, although their is a distinctly lumpy section about half way round each lap which was gruelling on the third lap! Would make it more challenging for a beginner.

An absolute bargain with the added bonus of meeting the Curry family. A fantastic day.

In short: Fab race, ideal time trial for London Marathon
In full: What a great race. Lliswerry Runners have done it again. I used it as part of my training for VLM as a timetrial and it did everything it said on the tin. Great PB potential with it being so flat.

Can only agree with the reviewers of previous years, and the technical t was a real bonus, just a pity they ran out of smaller sizes for those finishing towards the end.

Would I do it again? You bet!

In short: 26.2 miles, 5155ft of ascent, but so worth it!
In full: What a fab race. I've never been to such a well organised event. Truly fantastic and highly recommended. Tough as a first marathon, but hey ho, I was warned!

In short: Organised chaos....
In full: Was really looking forward to this as it was my first half but the organisation was a near on non-existant. An hour delay on the start (rumours said that the First Aid tents weren't ready) an utter mud bath to get to any of the changing or baggage areas, chaos getting to and from the start, t-shirts being thrown from a lorry to catch at the end, waiting was ages, foils not readily available for all, it took me 10 minutes to find one, need I go on? I won't be back next year...
