In short: it isn't undulating,it's hilly!
In full: you come out of the built-up Watford and go up country lanes,very refreshing for a city runner-i really enjoyed it,friendly marshalls and lovely Watford club runners were very sweet to me on the hills,do it-great race before London Marathon!

In full: the water-givers were not spread out so everyone bunched up trying to get a drink from a wee cup,and running next to the playground where little toddlers were in the way-not the kids fault-was not a good idea,but v nice day
