In short: A real gem of welsh loveliness with a few wee hills.
In full: Excellent organisation as usual and plenty of support along the route and at the finish. Great to see the whole club and their families getting behind the race and helping out so a huge Thankyou for giving me chance to run my heart out and run my knees off!

In short: One to watch as a future favourite, I'll be back!
In full: Great event, easy to park and start was within 50yds. 2 Loops worried me but actually broke the race into clear sections which were very satifying to complete and gave the opportunity to see club mates in front or behind you. Also worried about only water being available but there was plenty of it and plenty of places to leave food or drink on route. Sea views more than compensated for the brief dip into the industrial estate.

In short: Wow- could be your favourite race if you take it steady!
In full: Was really nervous but took my time on the hill and chatted all the way around. Knees took a pounding bu all 20milers are going to do that!
Jelly babies and chopped mars bars-YUM. Have already worn my T-shirt which is a first as most are rubbish but this was great. Fantastic support and marshals are wonderful-thankyou!

In short: Glorious - a real treat in the Welsh Hills.
In full: Excellent event with fab scenary, friendly supportive marshals and runners, hot soup, a few tough hills but the first and last mile is downhill. Nice to see people come from so far to take part.

In short: Wet, Windy, Wonderful Wales
In full: Excellent organisation made what could have been a wet washout a wonderful challenge. OK there are a few hills but you start & finish with downhill sections & the flooding made the run great fun. Fab marshalls, fab grub, fab goodies..... can I do it again please!
