In short: A fast well organised course taking in the city of Cardiff!
In full: Ok here it is. A new PB. My strongest race to date, so im happy. Its all been said here already. Those cobbly things at 11 Mile approx, what a killer. Your legs are tired and then there face with uneven rickety ankle busters! Not a good thing at all. Bet there were some ankle sprains there today!
The marshall or helper at the end shouting "move along at me" was very lucky I didn't mover her along swiftly! I couldn't move along re: congestion!!! And I had to put my chip attached to my trainer in the bin I was stood next to!!!! Besides I wondered if she could move along?? If she had ran the course!
There were congestion problems along the course, it didn't matter too much but not everyone likes to be barged past. It was NOT the end of the world tho.
On the whole this is a very well organised and pleasant half marathon which is seriously fast!
WHAT TOWEL? But then I feel getting anything at the end is a bargain and a nice touch! So again not the end of the world!

In short: Lost its shine a bit this year.
In full: The weather was great! A bit too hot for me but hey cant complain!
The event tho....was not as good as last year...The water station was a nightmare got held up for ages there!! Considering the heat could have put an extra water station somewhere too!
Organisation seemed poor this year too, I dont know what happened this year! Dissapointing. Will try again next year!

In short: Scenic course for most part, good mile markers and water points.
In full: I enjoyed this race...the scenery was good, no major hills a few little ones. The wind proved to be a little challenging. The locals were very kind and supportive. Overall a good race.
