In short: Brilliant - organisation was stellar
In full: Second time for me - the organisation of this event was superb, the marshalls were excellent: loads of them and very cheerful even to slowcoaches like me. Very highly recommended.

In short: Lovely, friendly atmosphere. Great fun.
In full: Really enjoyed this. Lovely route, despite that hill. Everyone was friendly and it had an easy, relaxed feel (certainly at the back of the field where I am!) Second time for me, and I'll be back next year. Hideous mug though.

In short: Hard work, great organisation, fun
In full: Really enjoyed this. I chickened out after one round - because I had the option. Everyone in good spirits having fun.

In short: hard, cold, but quite fun
In full: Running on the very soft wet ground was hard work. A smelly pond and a very cold brook - not as bad as I had thought. What took it out of me was the running on fields! Agree with comments about poor marshalling. Would also have liked a route map (no mile markers so I had no idea how far we had gone and if I'd known the route in advance I would have had a better sense of it), and a hot drink at the finish! And some results! I know I was very slow, but have no idea of my time.

In short: Double your bodyweight using flapjacks and mud
In full: Hard work this year with the claggy conditions. All volunteers were brilliant and the refreshments superb. I missed having a dated certificate though. I enjoyed it more in the dry conditions last year, but still am pleased I did it.

In short: Superb organisation, brilliant marshalls, great support
In full: I was on terrible form, but the race was faultless - the marshalls were all brilliant, the village was full of supporters, the T-shirt is stylish. Highly recommended

In short: Superbly organised, cheery marshalls, not too hilly. The only thing I'd change is to either close the roads to traffic or find a quieter route. But generally excellent. Thanks
