In short: Great marshalls and support but the route - needs to be changed!
In full: Cannot complain about the support of the marshalls and the organisation. But the course needs to be sorted, I train and run hills but to expect 20 miles of hills - 5 miles intervals is unbelievable! It is a shame as the course was advertised as one lap and this clearly was not the case!

In short: Good race, 2nd marathon!
In full: Got a pb for the marathon. Two niggles though:- 1) Not enough water stations. 2) Some of the marshalls in the city centre were too busys chatting and not paying enough attention at the job in hand! But thanks to the others for there supoort and the cadets!

In short: Used as a traning run for Leicester Marathon
In full: It may have been an idea for the marshalls to be near the sections with the bollards as there were some quite near misses. Also was a bit of shock at the end when we had to go round the section of the buildings when I had given it my almost. Good race though......

In short: Great training for FLM and was not looking forward to it ..........!
In full: A big thank you to all the marshalls, got a stitchat 10 miles and ended up walking for a several but managed to complete the course with a bit of running and walking! It was a shame that I did not do the other two runs. Great value for money and put some of the 1/2 that I have attended to shame!
Looking forward to next years runs..

In short: 1st time for Watford, be back next year!
In full: Great marshalls for braving the cold. The hills were not to bad afterall.

May be opting for sleeves next year as it was a bit fresh on the arms!
