In short: Pb potential if you have stamina near the end..
In full: I did the 20k. Excellent marshalling and a small field. But I loved it. Some very fast bits makes this pb potential... But that hill near the end of the loop means you need to have stamina for that 1 km climb! Felt very very tough second time. Nice charming feel to the race in lively villages in Warwickshire. Potentially expensive for a local race but more runners hopefully will make it cheaper

In short: My local race that I enjoy
In full: I like the race and the route even with the odd incline.
I really hate it why slower runners go to near the front though. Good organisation otherwise..

In short: great weather for a Really good race
In full: Really really likes todays race. Good weather for running and some great scenary. The view from top of the hill on mile 8 today was very good today. The clouds and the light made it very atmospheric and worth getting out of bed for alone !!

Very good marshaling too and thanks for the people in the villages.

In short: A good start for the Kilomathon concept
In full: A lovely day for the run, the furthest I have ever run. I basically enjoyed myself, got a PB and felt strong through to the finish.

A bit of a wait at the start, but with 5500 I kinda expected that... Also not sure that the "greens" started in the right place?....but those are very minor "gripes"..

Good stuff

In short: Lovely Weather & Scenary and a good way to kick-start the year
In full: weather was far better than hoped for. Course was lovely and scenic which took away the pain that comes when you do not train for 3 weeks due to snow and illness.

Good cheerful marshalls too
