In short: I just had to return to do it again - my favourite 1/2 m
In full: Who cares if you can't overtake, that paths are single and distances are vague. Enjoy the run. Enjoy the bounce down from Bo Peep to Alfriston and take in the view. Wonder at the scenery from Seaford Head and say thanks to the Lions for once again staging the event.

In short: my first run at this distance. I'm hooked
In full: A good course with a fine mix of hills and slopes, mud, good sized field, excellent organisation, well marshalled (thanks very much for all who gave their time). I thoroughly enjoyed the experience.
