In short: well done all marshals
In full: my only 2 problems were the major lack of toilets. must do better next year. and the medal was pretty poor for all our efforts.other than that it went very smoothly great marshalls lots of water stations and very good parking.( dont forget the toilets)

In short: ok race. weather abit better this year
In full: ok race apart from a 15min delay again. nice medal but goodie bag was pants. it was just full of adverts. once you clawed your way through all that paper work ,i did find a bottle of water and a apple.
marshals done a great job ,well done to them.only other bad point was there isnt anything for the supporters to do between the start and finish. might do it again next year (might)..

In short: ok 10k
In full: not to bad for their first 10k event.course had a bit of everything, one bit was to narrow so could,nt overtake.no chance of a PB.well done to the marshalls (top job ). only disappointment was the fun run. started 2hours after 10k. no times or postion at end. but ok goodie bag and medal. hope to see a bit more effort for the fun run next year.
