In short: nice course with plenty of pot holes..
In full: was suprised by some of the inclines as i was expecting it to be a flat course as adverties. however it did not stop me getting a PB.

In full: enjoyable race but lack of water stops and organisation, actaully got my self lost at one part of the course.

In full: a good fast course through wythenshaw park, bit muddy in places and they manage to get the timing correct this time.

In short: great race and great organisation
In full: the start was very slow and was surpised by those small hills. however still manage to get my pb without trying too hard.

In short: Enjoyable race and well marshalled
In full: Slow at the start and not as flat as i first thought it will be. But surprisingly i still manage to beat my best time by nearly 4 minutes with out trying too hard.

In short: truly enjoyable race
In full: truly enjoyable race, ran far too quick at the first kilometre and suffered for it. but still finished with a reasonable good time.

In short: enjoyable race
In full: this was my first 50K, the 4th lap is certainly tough and the last mile towards the finish was tougher. 5hrs time limit may sounds stingy but it is enough for me to run slow enough to have a descent conversations with others.

In short: Excellent race - worth the challenge
In full: my advise is to do some hill training and wear water proofs. Already looking forward to do it again next year.
