In short: Great race, my first 10k
In full: Great evening race, marshalling was excellent, water stations were well manned and the locals were encouraging (even if they were sitting outside the pub with an inviting pint).

In short: My first half - it won't be my last!
In full: From a racing newbie perspective (2nd organised event and 1st half) it was a really good day. Couldn't get lost, encouragement from spectators and volunteers, drinks aplenty, scenic route and a few hills to get your teeth into, but nothing insurmountable with proper preparation. All in all - brilliant.
