In short: So Hot!!
In full: If it wasn't for the extra water at the start in bottles so we could re-fill them and the support of the public with the hose pipes, I don't think I would have made it to the finish.
The organisation was excellent and the marshalls so friendly. The extreme heat was so unexpected that it caught many by surprise but I will be back next year, hopefully for a cooler day.
