In short: Great, tough 14 miler in the beautiful Lakes
In full: First time doing this race this year. Pretty undulating, great run, nicely organised but traffic on the roads was a little annoying.
Still, when you've got the most impressive scenery of any run I've done - and a real challenge with the hills - this race can be forgiven a lot.
I hope to be back in 2013.

In short: A fun 10k around Middlesbrough
In full: A fun 10k around Middlesbrough - and the scenery isn't bad at all. Very good community spirit and all abilities taking part. Looking forward to next year.

In short: Really good 10k, excellent chances of PB. Nice surroundings and the weather was good. Good range of abilities.
