In short: Bit of a brute, but really enjoyed it!
In full: Challenging run through some glorious scenery, not that I really had chance to enjoy the views! Thank you organisers and marshalls you put on such a good, enjoyable, well organised (quite painful) day. Coffin Trail half way marker was so cruel (but unfortunately true!). Thanks guys!

In short: Amazing experience
In full: Thoroughly enjoyed this race. Was a little late setting off but otherwise ran like clockwork. Delivered everything promised. Start / finish location at the racecourse was lovely and the route was just amazing! Big thanks to race organisers and the team of marshalls and the decent weather. See you again next year hopefully! :)

In short: Fast and friendly
In full: Loved this race. Well organised and marshalled. Very basic race, attracts some very fast runners, but there is a good mix of abilities further down the field and a very welcoming feel. Smashed last years time, still feeling smug, see you all again next year! :)

In short: Wow, that was a rollercoaster!
In full: A rollercoaster of terrains and emotions! Hard work, but loved it. Does seem expensive though. Thanks marshalls, you must have been soaked through and freezing!! :)

In full: Loved this race when it was last run in 2009, so very pleased it was back again this year. Loved the new course with road section removed. Lovely welcoming atmosphere, and plenty to do at the start/finish area and the marshalls around the course were brilliant. Thank you National Trust for bringing this race back better than ever.

In short: Challenging, but definitely one of my favourites.
In full: Some decent hills to climb, last couple of miles flatish. Multi terrain. Start was well organised, marshals were brilliant throughout the course, and post race buffet was delicious. Stunning views on the off road parts, and through the woods it was just carpeted in bluebells - what an amazing sight. Really enjoyed it and knocked 7 mins off last years time!! See you again next year guys!!:)

In short: Lovely flat(ish) route, well marshalled and friendly atmosphere.
In full: Seems to be growing in popularity. Start area and getting out onto the main road all seemed very smooth and well organised. Marshalls were brilliant, very supportive and the weather was perfect. Really loved the whole experience. See you all again next year. :)

In short: What an emotional rollercoaster!!
In full: Well organised, but getting very big now, the runners don't "thin out" anywhere. Not sure I would do it again unless I was running in a Charity Team.
