In short: Fantastic first 50 miler
In full: Great experience all round - very friendly and low key, great support from Race Director Mike, big emphasis on event being fun and a 'challenge' rather than a 'race', hope to do it next year, really can't fault this as an event.

In short: Brilliant in every way, great way to start year, want to enter for next year NOW!
In full: Do this race next year, you will love it! I don't like flat 10k races at all, but I loved every second of this one and had a smile on my face for much of it, even though it is very hard. Cannot recommend it highly enough.

In short: Fantastic race, low numbers beats big city marathons any day.
In full: The only downside is trying to drink out of plastic cups when running, not easy! Other than that, no complaints at all.
