In short: Good Race and enjoyed it .
In full: Good Scenery and met some very interesting and inspiratrional people who do this distance on a weekly basis. The weather was excellent ,and the course difficult in places. Was hoping for just under 4 hours but happy with 4 hours 18 minutes, all things considered.

In short: BRUTAL
In full: This was the hardest run i have done without question. I nearly threw in the towel at mile 18,but somehow found something within me to carry on and get this done.Yes ,i would do it again, but next time i know to be better prepared.Great organisation and support and thanks goes to the marshal who came to my aid to ask if i was ok on mile 18.
5 Hours 26 mins,ok for a normal marathon would'nt be brilliant, but any time to complete this,in my book would be good.

In short: Very good and well organised.
In full: Two good hills.Much better than last year and well done on the organisation, and the marshalling was good too.A really good trainer for Marathons.Friendly atmosphere. Thanks for the food at the end and a good medal.Put the miles on the medal would be good.Talking about the miles I think it worked out at 20.5 miles,as last mile was very short.Definitely back next year.

In short: Good weather this year, and run within my target time which is a result.
In full: Organised well,to park a little further away gives you a good warm up so quit complaining. But please,please....I know you improved the memento this year to a tacky mug, instead of a tacky T shirt from last year.So next year lets have either a decent memento or a medal or if you really want to,do both like maidstone half did.A great run memorable like this deserves great prizes.Run this faster than last year and look forward to next year.....just to see what memento we'll get.
