In full: we really enjoyed the event

Everyone concerned was fantastic
13 miles, enough to build stamina and keep the mind ticking over, undualting in places but not severe,
oK, it's not flat, but trust me, compared to some HM's - It's flat ish

we cruised to a happy 2:08, after last weekned FM, in which i coached a new runner friend around in 5:15

so were onto Stevenge HM this weekend our 200th HM together

In short: A HOT and Tough but good day !!
In full: we ran this from the back like everyone else, yes it was tough going, what else in that heat
the tight start on grass ( me pushing wheelchair ) prevented people getting burn out to quick, we had fluid ALL way around ( cannot speak for others )
we had to go all the way exactly the same as everyone, we finished on that green etc, with NO complaints - yes it was hard, but that builds stamina
it's a gruelling game is running, which requires both physical AND mental stamina
i found it tough as well, with ALL my experience - but there was NO surrender

We WILL be back next year all being well,

todays problems ( for me ) are nothing to my daily problems i have in life

sorry some of you did'nt enjoy it -

Running is our life, we march on to next weeks race - to run, run and run

take care all of you
