In full: Beat my last half by 18mins!!!!!!!!!!!
Definately be back next year. Great stadium finish and presentation by the mayor of Torfaen a neat touch. Some of the younger female stewards looked grumpy though (on Avondale road)!!!

In short: Welcome to Waterworld!
In full: An excellent well organised run along the M6 of the 18th Century. Thank to the BCNS society and their volunteers for getting the boats in place, it takes many hours to do this. It was my first half and I will be back next year, forget the pitcher and piano though, we found a much better real ale pub behind the NIA "The Prince of Wales". Well done Stuart & Phil and gang.

In short: really good race. nice warm up jog too!
In full: The leisure centre is terrible to find! No sign to say turn left after the left turn at the traffic lights in the town centre, had to drive on to Laleston (?) to turn around go back a mile or so then see the sign to turn left tucked into a hedge, so my advice go early...great freindly race though, well worth doing. nice little warm up mile before and a warm down mile after, did me good!
