2011 Great Bentley Half Marathon

In short: Couldn't fault the race - third year running and no real problems
In full: Head wind made the PB disappear, but race day organisation no problems. Even collecting chips/numbers on the day went (surprisingly) without a hitch. Nice rural course, good marshals and water stations.

In short: Great new event, very slick, loads of marshalls, lovely course (if hard) and graet race HQ area. Even managed to use the toilets before the start !

In full: No real problems. Parked in street across the road with no problem, start and race marshalls excellent. Good medal (5k)

In short: Good organisation, hard course,
In full: Could not fault the organsiers. Very slick, no real problems at the start. Town Hall as base for putting bags, etc. great. Course amazingly hard, even after the hills at the start. Run along the shingle hideous. Great support on the course. Army/TA water station after (or was it before ?) the shingle brillaint.
Disappointed no t-shirt or goody bag (just food would have been nice)and horse brass instead of medal strange choice (!)
Good event.

In full: Second time I have run this one. Didn't bring the car so no comment on the parking, although I know the car park is small. Great marshalls en-route. Quick results, via email. Good medal. Well done all.
