In full: Love this race soooo much. It was my first ever marathon, and this was my 4th Snod and 9th mara. Can't wait until next year, when my legs should be working again!

In short: Did it last year, did it this year- PBs in both-will almost certainly do it next year unless I go to Abingdon for a change...
In full: This is a great race- largely due to the attention to detail and friendliness of the organisers and the encouragement and support of the villages we passed through. Fantastic race and fantastic people. Love it!!

In short: Hills, woolly hats and cawl!!
In full: My 3rd consecutive year of running this race and good as ever. A few challenging hills before the long flat trek across Tregaron Bog. Woolly hat and steaming hot bowl of cawl at the end both greatly appreciated! See you next year!!

In short: Very nice race. Only moan is lack of toilets at the start :(
In full: My first race at 26.2+ and loved it. Great course- thought it would be dull being laps, but helped with knowing just how far to go! Scenic in most parts too. My only real gripe was that there were (I think) less than a dozen Portaloos at the start for mara and 50k and massive queues as a result. Led me having to stop mid race for the first time cos i couldn't go before!! That aside, a great race in my opinion. Some marshalls more encouraging than others, but isn't that always the case? Back next year? Yes!!

In short: A challenging, but enjoyable race
In full: Second year of doing this one and again enjoyed the race. My only minor gripe would be that while some of the marshalls were very supportive, quite a few were more than quiet!

In short: The best organised race I've ever run!
In full: This race was fab! The organisation was superb- nice touch to have names on our numbers. Also: brilliantly supportive marshalls, fast course with just a couple of bumps to make it interesting, quality tech shirt and medal- brilliant goody bag, grandstand finish, traffic free roads, easy to leave car park afterwards, great mix of scenery- rural and the best of the city centre. Is that enough? :)

In short: Hard, but great fun!
In full: steep hills, river crossings, mud, a quarry, gates to negotiate and a 1:4 hill- all on a scorching hot day- great fun! :)

In full: Couple of hills, but nothing major. Downhills to compensate and almost a PB for me! Great carnival atmosphere with bbq and bar and a medal for everyone- all for a fiver!!!!

In short: Great race with enough hills to challenge but not annoy!
In full: Have some sympathy for the comments made about the traffic, but never felt threatened personally. Missed out on pb by 4 secs cos of pesky bark in last stretches, but knew they were coming!Loved this race enough last year to do a repeat 160m round trip :)
