In full: MY FIRST ULTRA. nEVER REALISED DARTMOOR HILLS WERE SO STEEP. i AM USED TO RUNNING AROUND BODMIN MOOR BUT THIS WAS SOMETHING ELSE.

STRUGGLED FROM 21 MILES AN MISSED MY GOAL BY 50 MINUTES. WAS ACHING, CRAMPING, DEHYDRATED,SICK, SUNBURNT, KNACKERED.

WOULD I DO IT AGAIN. YOU BET I WOULD, BEATS FINISHING LONDON MARATHON BY A COUNTRY MILE (OR 6)

In short: train whole yr for this, and it is worth it. FAB
In full: This is then highlight of my running year. The whole experience is fantastic.To organise this many people is a feat in itself.
