In short: Never has the term "multi-terrain" been more apt. In full: Well organised, well marshalled race. Covered every terrain going: tarmac, grass, dirt, MUD, sand. A few unavoidable nettles in places but unless your at the front they'll have run out of sting long before you get there. A very hilly race, probably less than a mile of level ground on the whole course so not a likely PB race. If it has rained in the last 48 hours I would definitely recommend trail shoes! Mile/km markers would definitely improve the course. In short, a challenging, well organised, enjoyable race. Date of review: August 15, 2010
