In short: Flooded, tough hills but a really enjoyable run In full: This is one of my favorite races of the year, its very well organised, and the marshalls deserve a medal for standing out in these conditions cheering us all on, they were brilliant. The route was so flooded but added to the fun and the hills seemed to be tougher than last year! Will definitely be back again next year! Date of review: November 4, 2012

In short: Fast course apart from the underpass In full: A fast flat half if you werent being held up at the underpass, which cost some of us valuable seconds and a PB! apart from that the race was very well organised, and the route was nice once we left the town centre, although I wasnt keen on doing 2 laps. The marshalls were friendly and encouraging. It was also a good idea to have banana's at the end to give runners some much needed energy after the run. The only other problem was the massive queue to collect your bag, we were starting to get cold waiting around. Date of review: September 17, 2012
