In short: Good, quick 10k
In full: Good race and well organised as usual. More toilets needed for next year. It was pretty congested after passing the finishing line so maybe a marshal to urge people along or giving the yogurts out with the t-shirts would help.

Brilliant value for money!! The hill at about 5 miles near the swimming pool was a bit of a killer but otherwise a pretty fast course.

In short: Expensive but good race
In full: I thought it was expensive this year. It cost over £30 to enter. We got a nice medal plus other bits. But when I did it in 2011 we got a medal, t-shirt, water flask, pasty etc. for the same price. I think in terms of price I'd choose to do the Tavy or Saltash half instead of the Plymouth half in future as they are better value.

But it was a good race. I managed to get a PB. The last hill up to the finish line was a killer. There weren't enough toilets (standard).

Overall, a good race but expensive.

In short: Better course last year but well worth the money
In full: Last years course was flatter and had more PB potential. It was nice to finish in the town centre though. Energy gel half way and plently of water stations. It's well worth the money, technical tshirt and a medal (and a bag of Haribo!). Great atmosphere.
