In short: Almost excellence for all levels
In full: Arrived a bit later this year but still able to find a parking space, collect race number and (clever) chip, and find a loo. The walk to the start seemed to take longer this year and the start is the only thing about this race that I dislike, namely the lack of loos. Got a bit fed up of seeing the guys watering the trees, and although there was a wood which people were using as a loo I would not have felt comfortable doing that.
Other than that, a great occasion, marshalls were fab, jelly babies very welcome and plenty of hydrating. Stewards in the stadium seemed a bit more cheerful than last year, and a stadium finish is always special. Many thanks to the Team who have worked hard to put this event on for us, and who took note of the feedback from last year. Thank you all!!

In short: Excellent organisation and brilliant marshalls made the day! Will be back next time..
In full: This had the potential to be a nightmare first full marathon for me due to the unseasonal heat but the organisers had thought this whole thing out and provided extra water all the way round, the marshalls were brilliant, and the support from residents/holdaymakers really made the day.

No problems finding the venue, we arrived a bit late to park at the school but hubby was able to move the car once the runners had all set off.

I personally had a very positive experience and am hoping for a cooler day next year so I can slice at leat 30 minutes off my time!

In short: Shame about the finish
In full: You need to get here early as the village gets completely clogged after 10.00 am. The main car park seemed to be full of caravans this year. Was expecting to have to pay for parking as the pack specifically metioned it but nobody collected the money.Wouldn't have minded paying. The finish was really bad this year - it was difficult actually getting over the line and to the water and tee shirts - liked the design, they were better than last year. Getting away after the event was easier this year but I suspect this was because we stopped for an ice cream rather than just shootong off.
