In full: Fantastically orgainsed race and a brilliant way to start the New Year. Very hard and very muddy. Fancy dress was brilliant I went as Virgil from Thunderbirds and couldn't stop laughing when I slipped over and someone chirped up "Thunderbirds are Gone!".

Thanks to Dr Rob and the marshalls ypou can all be proud of allowing us runners a fantastic start to the New Year.

In short: An enjoyable race, but surely the course could be measured properly? I wasn't the only one whsoe garmin said in excess of 13.5 miles. Shame and really no excuse for poor course measurement.

In short: Sadly the wind put paid to PB.
In full: Huge potential without the wind to destroy your PB. Good to hear that the start and finsh lines were being reviewed. The starting area was a little narrow. Never run in such windy conditions!! Well done to all who organsied and marshalled the race in tricky conditions. Personally I would prefer a 7pm start to 7 30pm.
