In short: lovely evening race
In full: Reslly great race - lovely scenery on a warm sunny evening and the hill isn't so bad really.
Organisation fantastic as were the marshalls and supporting crowds along the wall and great atmosphere at start and finish. Great tshirt too and appreciated the bottle of water at half way and end (as opposed to half filled cups).
Great race. Arrive early if you want to park in Station car park.

In short: fantastic race in gorgeous location
In full: first time I've run it and fantastic event, the scenery is stunning and the marshalling and organisation excellent.
the 'tough' part is a steep climb up into the woods - which is repeated - and then two descents on muddy uneven stony paths - my first taste of a cross country type terrain race and only comment I'd like to make to improve the race info is that it says most runners do it in normal road shoes but I would have worn my off roaders to help with that muddly descent and the mile on the beach!

In short: brillant race supremely well organised
In full: What a great event - great course, great support and supremely well organised, couldn't fault it - at some events parking etc can be a nightmare but this was so smooth and easy - see you next year Stoke St Gregory!

In short: enjoyable evening run
In full: as a newcomer to runs ound the lack of a chip mat at the beginning confusing - we were at back at start and didnt rush to get going as waiting for the chip mat only to realise eventually there was none. A note on the pre-race info to stay the start was a klaxon or gun - didnt hear either! would be useful

In short: Review for 2011 run
In full: My first 10K and a few killer hills in the heat did prove challenging! There was no 5 mile marker so spent a while thinking I hadnt got that far which was quite demoralising. Otherwise a nice friendly atmoshphere and I shall return next year after more hill work!
