In short: Hot and Hilly Race
In full: I really enjoyed this and beat my pb on this course by 90 seconds.
There was no medal or t shirt (I have enought already) but this made it a lower entry price.

In short: Yet another great bungay black dog race
In full: Despite the heat and the unexpected number of hills (until about 6 miles) I really enjoyed the race. Possibly more as I was not aiming for a particular time but pace my brother round.
It was well organised, marshalled and had plenty of well maintained water stops especially in the heat.

In short: A nice single loop in the countryside.
In full: A nice scenic race in the countryside with only 2 major hills. Only problem was on some of the narrow country lanes the traffic was a problem.

In short: A 3 lap course with a few inclines but did get free entry in to show.
In full: I though the 2 water stations on each lap was a bit much for a 10km in February in 3c.
The only support was the start/finish area for each lap in front of the grandstand.

In short: Good run along the seafront, glad I was wearing Santa suit to keep warm.
In full: The only issues was I did not see a route map or description there. There was a run through one of the stands at the end and in to it at the finish that I was not expecting and would be a potential bottleneck.

In short: Nice flat course
In full: I was using this as a practice race before an Autumn marathon which I found it to be great training for despite the heat. On the 2nd lap there was not many runners at the pace I was doing near the back. When I got to the finish there was only the time keepers and nobody to give medal, drinks or banana as they were at the race presentations. A nice friendly fun which my 4 year old nephew enjoyed doing especially as he got a medal.
