In short: A nice way to spend Sunday
In full: Lovely route and not too punishing, although when 10m is your absolute limit any undulation is a challenge!
The marshalling was cheeful and effective, many thanks.
People will moan about the 'chemical' water, but personally I've tasted worse. Juice of some sort would have been nice at the water stations.

In short: great route and wonderful marshalls
In full: Beautiful countryside with shocking hills! The marshalls were excellent, very encouraging and quite happy to wait around for the slowest runner imaginable.
Extra water supplied due to the heat, which was sensible.

In full: Longer course, deeper mud, softer sand, wetter water!! It just gets better and better. For the less competative a good sense of cameraderie emerged from the mud!!
