In short: Grim-tastic!
In full: Ouch! That hurt, but was really good fun. Wet, windy and muddy. A gentle "compost" aroma in the car on the way home.
This was my first off-road race and I really enjoyed it. I would do it again

In short: Lovely 8.2miles!
In full: Great day and great run! Irritating commentary who kept pointing out how slow some of the "elite" runners were compared with previous years!! Heaven help the rest of us!!!!
Otherwise, good run, good marshalls, nice mug!

In short: Ok ish. Couldn't help the weaher but the course was largely mud. Dangerous for the number competing
In full: What happened at the end?! No chance to sprint as track was muddy potholes and it took over an hour to get out of the car park!! No PB potential unless you were at the very front. I was dissapointed!

In short: Lovely gentle run. Third time I've done it and it's great. Not PB material as lots of novice runners meaan it's a bit stop-start in places
In full: Very kind and polite Marshalls

In short: Stop moaning! What's wrong with fun?
In full: No, it was never going to be super fast. Lots of people and narrow streets but hardly the end of the world. What do people expect in a road race through London? Rather too dark at the end. Missed my mates at the meeting point as the area was not illuminated. A bit mean having that bridge all lit up as you entered the park. Was I the only one who started their sprint rather too soon?
