In short: Great way to spend a Sunday morning
In full: Thanks to everyone involved in this event - it was well organised and a great course. It was good to run past some of the other sites in the National Forest - a bit of sightseeing en-route. Decent T shirt.

In short: Great run, great atmosphere and great cakes!
In full: I have just read the review I did in 2009 - it is harder now as we do not get bussed out to the bottom of the hill, we have to run there. The good news is that we don't run back into the village and around the field. It was a very long slog uphill, great run along the ridge and then downhill. Good views. Very nasty finish with steps to sap last remaining strength before the little uphill with everyone watching. Absolutely fantastic run with loads of support and cakes afterwards. What more can you ask for? Thanks guys.

In short: Great Grizzly again - thanks AVR
In full: Once again, a great run. You even ordered perfect weather this year. T shirts were brilliant. Looking forward to next year already. This is not 'one of my favourite races', it IS MY FAVOURITE RACE.

In short: Great event, good scenery and support. Thank you
In full: I had heard about this event last year when someone else from my club ran it and reported on our website. It looked good so I looked out for it. I really enjoyed the run. There were some climbs, but also some good downhills as well. Very runnable.

In short: Great race in lovely surroundings
In full: This was a really good run. Nearly all of it was in the forest,so we kept out of the glare of the sun and were relatively cool. It was friendly and well organised. The front runners missed a turn early on and did a bit extra, but other than that I am not aware of any great problems. Fairly tough climb up from the river to Symonds Yat.

In short: Thanks for another great Wyre Forest 8
In full: Back to the old course, so slightly shorter this year than it has been for the last 3 years. It made the return seem a bit better! Quite muddy along by the river, generally a great run with very supportive marshals - thanks for the encouragement.

In short: Another great Stagger - thanks SRC
In full: Unusually the weather was really mild this year, and not too wet underfoot so no mud! The sandy bits were easy to run on as well. Ideal conditions for running this event. I liked the pink towel - I got a white one last year, so it was good to get a different colour this year and I don't think it was a 'girly' pink. Thanks to all the marshals and everyone else involved in this event - especially Ian!

In short: Thanks again for a great start to 2011
In full: The ground was a bit more forgiving this year than last year when it was rock hard! The view from the top was not so clear, but at least there was no wind up there. Sometimes it is difficult to stand up at the top. A great start to the year, thanks for the fridge magnet, although I have loved the pictures over the last few years!

In short: Thanks - really enjoyed it.
In full: There were a few roads that were still slippery, so care had to be taken. Generally, though, it was a clear course and the first time I have run in road shoes without spikies for a couple of weeks - so really enjoyable. Well marshalled and generally well organised. Thanks very much.

In short: Great run - thanks to Sphinx!
In full: This was a lovely run on a very, very cold day. The course was excellent and must have taken some devising. The soup at the end was really welcome, as was the long sleeved T-shirt which I noticed a number of people wearing as they needed extra layers. Thanks to all involved who must have got so cold standing around there - it really was appreciated.
