In short: Lovely views of idyllic Cotswold villages on quiet country roads. In full: Very good if you like a quiet, low key race with ample hills. 4 good water stations (the tops are even taken off the bottles) and very nice t-shirt. Well organised and cheerful atmosphere. Scenic views are a bonus. Date of review: June 17, 2013

In short: Boring course, cheerless marshals, disappointing goody bag. In full: This race didn't represent value for money. A good part of the run was through the town and industrial estates, along busy roads and dodging traffic and pedestrians at the end. The reward was a medal and a dodgy packet of chewits. The start was peculiar, marshals didn't seem to be bothered. I doubt I'd do another race by this company. Date of review: June 20, 2011
