In short: love this one, tough hill at milton 11 miles but crowd support brilliant. One for the calendar
In full: The Potters Arf is the best for crowd support anywhere in the country, they make it worth the agony of facing that hill at Milton. The finish could be better where you have to wait in a long queue for your t-shirt and goodie bag.
But overall it's a friendly race that I never want to miss.

In short: well organised with PB route,a little monotomous, but one for the calendar.
In full: Well organised marathon, easy to pick up your number, changing and showers.fast route for a pb.Monotomous stretch and return same way,no view of the City, shame. However the Mrs did enjoy the city whilst she waited.
Will do it again.

In short: challenging, perfect prep for a marathon
In full: The long hill at the start which you tackle in 3 laps does not daunt you when you take it steady, the water stations could have been better.1st drink 5 1/2 miles.next at 7 miles. No water at the finish.Felt sick at the end for a few minutes, but soon recovered.

In full: As this was a local race, I really enjoyed it,the course was scenic and well marshalled,as you are out in the countryside there are few spectators, but this did not matter.I did not need water ,but there were plenty stages on the course for those who did.I will certainly recommend it,and say well done to the organisers, see you next year.
