In short: A great challenge. Not for the faint hearted In full: Cracking race. Well organised with good facilities. Very tough course that certainly blows away any cobwebs. Hills, fresh air and some great views (if you get chance).Enthusiastic and helpful marshalls. Clear mile markers. Best part is the coffee and homemade cakes after.. much needed and well earned. In short: The hills are alive! In full: A great race with excellent organisation. This hills can definitely be described as "sporting" and you'll get the CV work out of a life time. Some great scenery and some amazing post race cakes definitely make the whole thing worth it. If starts and finishes at a school so parking and facilities are fine. Don't expect a PB but although it's not for the faint hearted it does have a mix of experienced club runners and those looking to complete a good challenge Date of review: September 12, 2011
