In short: Very well organized and very enjoyable experience In full: A fantastic race. The atmosphere was superb all the way round the course despite the awful weather it was great to see so many people out supporting the runners. The finish in the football stadium was electric. The organisation for a race this size was superb and the goody bag at the end was very generous to. Their were of course the inevitable idiots well out of position at the start getting in everyone's way but on the whole it was absolutely fab and the relative lack of hills give it excellent pb potential. Well for sure be doing this again! Date of review: March 18, 2013

In short: Much more pleasant than what I was expecting In full: I heard through the grapevine that this race had little pb potential and that the steep hill about 1km in was a killer so I didn't have high hopes going into this. But after doing it I was thinking to myself what are they talking about? Sure the hill is long but its not that steep and you can easily make the time up in the downhill sections that follow. It was a very scenic race apart from the housing estate section at the end. It was very well organised and a thoroughly enjoyable morning. Well done Devizes! Date of review: March 6, 2013

In short: Thoroughly Enjoyable Experience In full: A very enjoyable race. Well organised. Fantastic goodie bag I loved the pint glass and I really enjoyed the free drink in the pub afterwards to have a bit of banter with the other runners. Date of review: November 22, 2012

In short: Very flat excellent PB potential In full: Situated just outside of Swindon in nearby Wroughton this is a great PB potential course due to its relative flatness and the knowledge you gain from the first lap going into the second. The atmosphere was perhaps a little lacking and their wasn't much scenery but the competition was great and I would recommend it. A goodie bag at the end may have been nice as well Date of review: November 22, 2012

In short: Overpriced and Disorganised In full: Uncovered baggage area in the pouring rain. No start line organisation. No hope of running your own race. Just dodging slower people in front and bargeing past of faster people from behind. Atmosphere flat as a pancake. Ridiculous price. Had an eternal struggle getting hold of my finishing medal. Wont be doing this again. Date of review: October 23, 2012
