In short: Lovely scenery, fantastic organisatin
In full: Great crowd, lovely scenery and picturesque villages. bit difficult to be at the back during the second half as there is not loads of support due to the rural nature. those who did come to support did it in spades.
The organisation was fantastic, loads of water even though I was at the back which was great as it was very hot. The marshalls attached to running clubs were great, my only minor gripe was that the other marshalls, mostly attached to round tables etc offered no support and lots actually ignored me even chatting about mrs x's chairlift! I can understand they'd been there for hours but I needed a cheer and a clap by then

In short: Fantastic course with great support from marshalls and at checkpoints
In full: The organisation was fantastic, no support as such from 'locals' due to the remoteness of the course but fantastic support from marchalls and people manning the checkpoints. Loads of food and hot drinks available on the course with a great free hot meal and endless hot drinks once you finish.

In short: big hills, great support, great fun
In full: Agree with others re the meddle at the start. The changing/late entry tent was not big enough for such a big field, especially with non-runners trying to escape the rain. This aside, the rest of the race was great, very well marshalled, loads of water for a slow runner like me.

In short: Lovely friendly race, made better by its simplicity.
In full: Beautiful surroundings with deer running wild in one of Kent's most beautiful parks.

The race was small and friendly with no high tech additions, just runners (everyone from elite to 1st timers) out for a run in a lovely park. Loads of friendly encouraging marshalls for the distance.
