In short: Flat, fast course, weather was perfect this year!!
In full: Weather was good for the run on a course that has definite PB potential. The two lap route along the coast road between Shoebury and Southend is not the most interesting but their was good support, well marshalled and you had the bonus of the rest of the day on the beach and enjoying an ice cream or two!!!

In short: Great race, no prblems with the course if you read the instructions!
In full: This is the fifth consecutive year I have ran at the Sailsbury 54321. The first 4 wer at the marathoin distance but this year ran the 30K. No issues with the route as long as you read the instructions (all were given a copy so surely that it is an indicator you need to use them and not rely on signs being up all around the coures - this is a trail marathon after all?!)
Should be back next year maybe for another crack at the marathon.

In short: Fast 10 miler with good PB potential
In full: This is a flat, fast 10 miler with excellent PB potential (I have set mine on this course for the last two years). Course improved from 4 miles onwards after getting the initial stages around the Nortel HQ out of the way. Will be back again next year!!

In short: This is the fourth time I have run this off road marathon and it was as good as the first.
In full: I love this run. Tough in places but well organised and friendly. The scenary and countryside is brilliant - makes you want to come back for me and to see Salisbury without your running shoes on!!!

In short: Brialliant! Yet again, well organised and lovely route!
In full: I have run this race for the lsast three years and it has never disappointed. I can't understand the gripes about directioons and signage. This is a trail run where good instructions are given to each runner - the gap seems to be in the ability to read them!! Great views and well organised.

In short: Good race, interesting ciruit and well organised. Very hot weather this year made it very challenging.
In full: This is a race with great PB potential in the right weather conditions. Far too hot this year and with a 11am start this made the race incredibly difficult. An earlier start would be good. Will be back next year!
