In short: Enjoyable course, just enough up and down to make it intersting but quick
In full: Really enjoyed this event. First time I've done it. Really well run and marshalled (I'm a big fan of jelly babies at drinks stations!) with runners of all levels seeming to be catered for equally well. Will be putting it in my diary for next year, might even step up to 20...!

In short: Cold and Hilly
In full: Great fun, another freezing morning but after hat and gloves, shades were the most useful bit of kit, glorious day. I tend notto focus on the view (breathing is enough!) but it did look lovely today.
Thanks to all for organising such a smooth race once again.

In short: Flat and fast (and crowded in the pack!)
In full: A very well organised race with plenty going for it. I liked the seaside bit best, seeing the pier in the distance was good for motivation. The hill isn't too bad, though it would have been nice to have had a longer downhill once up there!

My second half, and 12 mins quicker that Tunbridge Wells last weekend so must be PB potential!

Would have liked a medal to be honest as a record of my first sub 2hr half. Perhaps one could pay another £1 or so for those who want one?

Liked the random music around the place - more please!

In short: Big hill in the middle daunting but worth it
In full: My first half marathon! Really enjoyed it, nice and social till the hill which as the brochure says "tends to interrupt conversations". Great goody bag and medal. Really well organised and marshalled. Overall reasonably flat either side of the hill! Do it!!

In short: Hills are bigger on the 2nd lap!
In full: The first 10 mile race I've done and I found it pretty hard going. I was worried I would be near the back but finished within 1:40 and there were plenty behind me.
It's quite possible to get round OK if you are only moderately fit like me, but I would not recommend it as a first race, it's too hilly. But really good fun and I fear I'll be back for more next year.
