We will sort out the problem with the markers for the following races.
Sorry for the disappointment. Any other suggestions and comments are very much appreciated on how we can improve the race for our runners.

dcm - i was given a leaflet about ab what sort of ab exercises your allowed to do and a test to do to see if your ab muscles have come together.
I asked my midwife yesterday when I could start exercising - as have felt fine last week. It'll be three weeks on Thursday since our little boy was born. She said I could start doing gentle exercise ie. crosstrainer, bike - she just said be sensible and start slow.She said weights aren't a good idea because our bodies still have the hormone that causes ligiments to be soft/weak.

We just bought our cot bed at mother care - not the best quality though....with a matching cupboard.

Thanks - will def. look into seeing a physio to check alignment. We had a baby boy 8lb9oz!!!!!!
