Same here chaps. Life has messed up training over the past few months. I started off very well in Jan / Feb, but it's gone to bits. Oh well, I'll get around it, somehow.
I did my first outdoor bike ride yesterday, just 40 miles! Although I did run 18 miles the day before (got Stratford marathon on Sunday, that won't be pretty!) so I think that took a bit out my legs. I'm going to start stepping the cycling up to 100 miles asap, and hopefully avoid injury.
My wetsuit has been broken since IMRe in 2011, which shows how much swimming I've done since then.
It's all good fun though, it wouldn't be a Pirate Ironman if I actually trained for it
